Product report - September 2024

Having fully resumed our activities after the holidays, we have refilled our batteries to face the last quarter of the year with the same enthusiasm as always to turn SEOcrawl into your essential tool for daily SEO management. Throughout September, we have implemented the most interesting new features which, we wish, will make work much easier for you. Let’s take a look!

Indexation

Undoubtedly, one of our biggest news, not only in this month, but the entire year. A feature that will save you lots of headaches: a new indexation dashboard, where you will be able to see the indexation status for all your project’s URLs very quickly. Just connect the sitemap to the tool and watch the magic happen!

The first thing your eyes see is this polychromatic funnel that organizes your URLs in a visual graphic:

  • Within the sitemap, that is, all the tracked URLs

  • Crawled URLs

  • Indexed URLs

  • URLs with impressions

  • URLs with clicks

  • URLs with conversion

Next to it, you can see the URLs daily evolution with impressions, clicks and conversions (particularly important for ecommerce) for the last month.

But that’s not all! Right below the most visual dashboard, you can access the entire list of URLs in the sitemap with information about each of them: status, last crawled time, total clicks and impressions within the time you have selected in the filter, crawler type and indexation status.

If you would like to learn more about any particular cluster, you can use the search box. You can also filter by status to uncover and solve any potential indexation issues. Additionally, the software automatically sends all non-indexed URLs for indexation.

We have dedicated lots of work and love to the indexation tool and we want it to be super useful for you, so we would be glad to receive some feedback. Is it practical? Is there anything we can improve to make it even more useful? Let us know!

Blended Data

We are still adding the last touch-ups to this feature, but we couldn’t wait to let you know: Soon, when you enter the URL Rank Tracker, you will be able to see, as usual, all the data obtained through Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, CTR and average position) and, right next to it, you will view all the data from Google Analytics (users, sessions, engagement and conversions). This way, analyzing your project and making the best decision to continue growing will be much easier. Now available!

Date Format

This seems small, but it isn’t. As you know, the date format can change from one country to another, which can easily create confusion in reports and analysis for our clients across the world. That’s why, from now on, you will be able to select the date format in all the date filters across the tool. A simple detail that makes all of our lives easier!

Day of the week

We want your analyses to be as complete and precise as possible, and, in many projects (in ecommerce, for example, though also in airlines, travel agencies and restaurants), the day of the week is crucial to analyze the project’s evolution in a set period of time.

Until now, our dashboards only displayed the numerical date, and it was up to you to check what day of the week that corresponded to on a calendar. But from now on, any performance graphs on the tool will display the complete information.
