What is a white-label rank tracker?
A white-label rank tracker is a keyword-position monitoring tool that an agency or freelancer deploys under their own brand. Clients see your logo, your domain (e.g. seo.youragency.com) and your colors — they never know the underlying platform is SEOcrawl. All ranking reports, dashboards and email digests carry your branding instead of ours.
How is this different from your standard rank tracker?
The /seo-tools/rank-tracker page targets in-house SEO teams tracking their own keywords. This white-label edition is the same engine — unlimited keywords, daily updates, SERP features, local tracking — but ships under your agency brand with custom CNAME, branded PDFs and a client-facing dashboard. Both rely on the same data pipeline; only the presentation layer changes.
How many keywords can I track per client?
Unlimited on Pro, Agency and Enterprise tiers. There are no per-keyword overages. Track 50 keywords for a small client and 5,000 for an enterprise account from the same workspace, with no separate billing per keyword.
Which search engines and locations are supported?
Google (every country and city-level location), Bing (per country) and YouTube. Local-pack and Google Maps positions are tracked for local SEO clients with their target city or postal code. Mobile and desktop SERP are tracked separately with the same accuracy.
Are SERP features (featured snippets, AI overviews, etc.) tracked?
Yes. The rank tracker detects featured snippets, People Also Ask, knowledge panel, image pack, video carousel, local pack, AI Overviews and other major SERP features. Each ranking shows which features appear alongside it, so you can report SERP visibility — not just blue-link position — to your clients.
How are the PDF reports white-labeled?
Cover page with your logo and brand colors, footer with your agency contact details, no SEOcrawl mention anywhere in the document. Reports can be scheduled (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and delivered to clients automatically from an email address on your own domain. The data is identical to what your clients see in the live dashboard.
Can my clients log in to see live rankings?
Yes. On the Agency tier you give each client direct access to their own white-labeled dashboard at seo.youragency.com. Each client sees only their own keyword data, with role-based access (admin, editor, viewer). You set the pricing — most agencies bundle the live dashboard into their retainer.
How frequently are rankings updated?
Daily by default. Specific keywords can be flagged for hourly tracking when you need real-time data (e.g. monitoring a competitor launch or post-publish ranking velocity). All historical data is retained — you can chart any keyword's position from day one.
Does it integrate with my existing reporting stack?
Yes. REST API and webhook endpoints expose every ranking, every change and every SERP feature. Plug SEOcrawl into Looker Studio, Notion, Airtable, your own client portal, or whatever reporting layer you already maintain. The white-label PDF generator is the default for agencies that don't want to build their own reports.
