Do I need to export data or write queries?
No. You ask in natural language and the assistant runs the right queries against your account through the MCP. There are no CSV exports and no SQL. The same data you would open the SEO Dashboard for arrives directly in the chat.
Which AI assistants can I use?
Claude on web and desktop, ChatGPT through the Apps connector, Cursor and Claude Code. Any MCP-compliant client works, since the server uses the open Model Context Protocol. In Claude, you add it under Settings, Connectors, “Add custom connector”.
Do I need a Google Cloud project or a service account?
No. You sign in with your SEOcrawl AI account and the MCP reads the Search Console properties already connected. There is no OAuth setup in Google Cloud and nothing to install, because the server is hosted at mcp.seocrawl.ai.
Is my Search Console data secure?
MCP authenticates against your SEOcrawl AI account over OAuth 2.0 and only reads the properties and tasks you already see in the app. Your data is never shared across accounts.
What can the audit actually check?
