We are about to finish the first half of the year and we couldn't be happier about all the changes and new features we have incorporated every month in SEOcrawl to make it become your daily indispensable. This month we bring very cool changes you are sure to love!
Canonical in SEO extension
As you know, we have a completely free SEO extension (you can download here) that can perform a quick analysis and extract a lot of interesting information from any website in just one click. And, precisely, our first news has to do with this extension: now you can easily see if the URL canonical is correct or not, with a green check if it is and a red cross if it is not.
What's new in Link Monitor
The link monitor release was a great success and we couldn't be happier that it can help all our users track their PR and link-building campaigns every day. But, as you know, we never stop looking for improvements and, therefore, although this functionality is one of our most recent releases, we have provided it with several new features:
- We have added the date field to record the time when you include the link in the listing.
- We have redesigned the visual aspect of the monitoring so that now each link includes a little ball, green or red, that will allow you to see if everything is ok in your backlink list quickly.
But we also wanted to improve and simplify the management of this screen even more, so now you only have to enter the source and destination URL and the system AUTOMATICALLY recognizes the anchor text and the type of rel (follow, no follow, sponsored...). It's almost magic!
New design for the Changelog
The changelog has become one of the most important functions of the software and that is because you, our users, have wanted it that way. You have given it a lot of love since we implemented it and used it to keep up to date with all the news that we are publishing. This way, you can always have all the information at your fingertips. That's why we wanted to give it a new, simpler, more readable and pleasant design, and we love that it is a must for you!
CNAME completely renewed
SEOcrawl is now completely yours! From the login/registration page, where, as we saw last month, the project logoalready appears, to the side menu in corporate color and the *organizations *page... You have always been the real protagonist of our software, but with this change we want you to feel it even more as part of your project.
Alerts by mail
We announced it in our previous report and we are delighted to tell you that it is now a reality: from now on, **you will receive and email with the notifications of the alerts that you have set up **in SEOcrawl. One more step towards automation, so you can spend your time only in making your project grow. We take care of the rest!
